Nintendo Switch Version Of Yooka-Laylee Gets A Release Date

Yooka-Laylee is finally arriving on the Nintendo Switch, just in time for the holidays. Playtonic Games’ 3D platformer, that many have dubbed the spiritual successor to the Banjo-Kazooie franchise, makes its long awaited debut on Nintendo’s latest console on December 14th. Check out the Yooka-Laylee Nintendo Switch release date announcement trailer below:

After an insanely successful Kickstarter campaign, Yooka-Laylee was released on PC, Playstation 4, and Xbox One back in April of this year. The Nintendo Switch version of the game wasn’t originally planned, however the Switch version replaced the Nintendo WiiU version.
