Yooka-Laylee And The Impossible Lair Revealed

Playtonic Games’ Bat and Chameleon are back once again, as the sequel to 2017’s Yooka-Laylee was revealed earlier today. The retro-fueled franchise took on the collectathon 3D platforming genre in its first title, but will mix things up with the sequel, titled Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair. Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair will feature a mixture of 2.5D platforming levels in this go-around, with a 3D overworld. Check out the

Both Grant Kirkhope & David Wise return as composers for the Yooka-Laylee sequel’s soundtrack, and the game has also been confirmed to be releasing in physical form. Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair will be heading to Playstation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC in 2019.
