Warhammer 40K: Inquisitor – Martyr Announced for PC, PS4, Xbox One
This is a good week to be a Warhammer fan. Developer Neocore Games has partnered with The Games Workshop to announce Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr, an action RPG set in the immensely popular Warhammer 40k universe. The single-player campaign pitches players into a grim and secret war among the stars as the agents of the ever-vigilant Inquisition. After the end of the campaign the story continues in a colossal sandbox game set in the same secluded sector of this vast universe. This persistent setting grants years of constant entertainment, gradual development and a continuous flow of content that enriches the action-RPG gameplay.
“A Warhammer 40,000 action RPG has been notably absent from our portfolio of video game licenses so far and it’s great to finally be able to talk publicly about this wonderful game that the guys at Neocore have been working so hard on for some time now,” said Jon Gillard, Head of Licensing, Games Workshop. “Their previous action RPGs are very impressive and we feel privileged to be partnering with them on this game.”
Neocore Games is a Hungarian studio best known for their The Adventures of Van Helsing and King Arthur RPG series’.
