Rogue Legacy 2 Entering Early Access on July 23

Great news for fans of Rogue Legacy! The sequel will entering early access on July 23.

Rogue Legacy 2 will be available on both Steam and the Epic Games Store on the same day. And the celebrate, the developers, Cellar Door Games, have released a new trailer showing off some features and new abilities. If you’re a PC player, you can expect to get your hands on it at the end of next month – but console players will have to wait a bit longer.

Rogue Legacy 2 was originally teased on April 1, and officially announced the next day. It’s the follow up to 2013’s Rogue Legacy, a roguelike platformer that saw characters regenerate as their heirs with randomly generated abilities.
