Kena: Bridge of Spirits Gets New Trailer & Release Date

If you tuned in to Today’s State of Play presentation from Sony there’s a good chance Kena: Bridge of Spirits just shot straight up to the top of your most anticipated games of 2021. If you didn’t catch the presentation, don’t worry we’ve got you covered, as Ember Lab and Sony dropped a beautiful new trailer for the upcoming adventure game which you can see below:

While we finally got an extended look at the combat, the adorable companion creatures, and the massive scale of exploration, most importantly we received a firm release date: August 24th. Kena: Bridge of Spirits will be a Sony console exclusive, available on both the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. It will also launch on PC via the Epic Games Store. There are two versions of the game available digitally to pre-order, the first being a Standard Edition which includes some in-game DLC cosmetic items for your companion creatures, known as the Rot. The Digital Deluxe Edition includes the base game, a digital copy of the soundtrack, a unique staff, and a golden Rot skin. The digital editions are available for $49.99 CAD and $65.99 CAD.
