Harvest Moon: Light Of Hope To Launch For PC On November 14th, Consoles In Early 2018

Not only will November 14th mark the first ever release of a Harvest Moon title on PC, but PC players will also get their hands on the newest entry to the series, Light of Hope, before console players. Hiro Maekawa, President & CEO of Natsume had the following to say about the PC release:

Due to the hard work of our team, development for Harvest Moon: Light of Hope for PC ran ahead of schedule, allowing us to release the game early to PC players. We have enjoyed creating an all-new game that honors 20 years of Harvest Moon, and what’s more, the franchise will finally be available for the first time on PC, something fans have long asked for!

Light of Hope takes place in a small harbor town after your farmer is shipwrecked while on a voyage. With the town in shambles from the storm, it’s up to you to help the village recover and save the lighthouse.

Harvest Moon: Light of Hope has been given a tentative release window of early 2018 for the Nintendo Switch and Playstation 4 versions. Controller Crusade had the chance to get some hands-on time with Harvest Moon: Light of Hope earlier this year at E3 2017. To check out our thoughts on the game, check out our preview here.
